How do I add photos?

Hi, I am trying to add photo's of Willow onto my journal blog and to show pictures of her when I post on the Forums. I follow the directions when I go to my "Edit profile." I have a few on there but I think I just got lucky lol. I'd like to know how to add them all the time without...
