Apartment dogs - tips, please! (Cita)

So, Rascal and I are trying to decide whether or not we should move to an apartment. (We've decided that BF can come too ) It's a super nice apartment, allows pets, 3 elevators, etc... *but* it *is* on the 23rd floor. I'm a little bit anxious about how the pottying routine is going to work...

Yes, there is a difference! Just because you use a clicker to help your dog learn certain behaviors does not mean that you are a clicker trainer. I have a beagle and he is a very sweet dog, but sooooo stubborn! He does exactly what he wants to do. When you call him, he just turns his head the other way and totally ignores you. Except....when you have food! My beagle loves to eat and comes directly when you have something edible in your hand. Also...
