breath smells like urine

i'm not sure whats it is but recently in the past few days her breath started to smell like urine.... i'm not sure what it is should i bring her to the vet? the only thing that i changed was her food(natural balance veg)

I bought a xmas collar for Maze that's red and white with red bells on it and I took it off her because I thought she wanted it off.. Shame on me!! She pouted at me for 10 minutes until I put it back on her!!! Strange puppy! Right now she's pacing with her new bone in her mouth whining.. No idea...

Where to get a good rolled leather collar?
