question about raw-kind of
Posted to:
Nutrition & Exercise
Wondered if anyone knows...... I know you are not supposed to feed kibble with raw...because of the difference in time that it takes for the food to leave the body and we don't want raw sitting too long...... so I wont do that. Does anyone see a problem with feeding a couple of raw 100% meat ...

The Improving Cesar Millan?
Posted to:
Training & Behavior
http://thedish.sitstay.com/ I just watched a recording of Cesar Millan’s the Dog Whisperer, the most recent show. It was good. The most amazing thing was what he said at the end of the show. I’m paraphrasing here but it was much like this: “I am learning and changing how I work with the dogs...

Not getting any nutrients from food + chronic ear infections
Posted to:
Health & Grooming
Any ideas or advice?.... Kismet is 14 and has pretty much suffered from ear infections since she was 6 years old. Tried everything, spent tons of money on the Vet...nothing. I started using Zymox a few years ago and that seemed to keep the infections away. This past summer my vet decided to go and flush...

I was at a dog show and a raw vendor was selling some bags of treats for $5. They told me the tracheas don't give dogs diarrhea so I bought a bag. Nikon had one at the show and he had the squirts the next day. I thought maybe it was nerves from the show. Then last night we had company, so I took...
