Posted to:
Training & Behavior
Ever since we moved our bedroom downstairs and moved our dog out of his room for the evening he has been sleeping with us in our bed. I know, we probably shouldn't have started it but it worked out very well at the time. We would like to move him off our bed now and onto his own bed in our room....

Just noticed that my 00 Jeep Grand Cherokee has some paint deterioration on the back corner where the afternoon sun hits it. DH is going to take it in tomorrow to have it looked at, but just wondering if anyone has experience and knows if the whole side of the car might be going as well, but we can't...

Minnie looked around. He let out a kitty sigh, it was just too easy. His owners went to the trouble of shutting all the doors but, the window was wide open. Minnie pawed at the screen. This really was too easy. Boom! The screen fell out the window and Minnie jumped out as well. He landed on his feet...

When is the right time to neuter?
Posted to:
Health & Grooming
My puppy Doodle is a 7 month old mini wirehaired daschund. The last time we went to the vets he said to neuter him when he started cocking his leg to urinate. So far nothing, I was expecting this to happen ages ago. Does anyone know when this is likely to happen? He has short legs, maybe he never will...

Male Dog...Marking in the house?
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
Hi everyone. I have a simple question. There are many older male dogs up for adoption at the animal shelter here that have not been neutered. The shelter neuters them once they have been adopted and before they go to their new home. Will a male dog mark in their new home after being neutered? What can...

Take him/her in or not?
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
My neighbor has found a kitten and was wondering if we would take him/her? There are tons of stray cats in our neighborhood, so this does not surprise me that a kitten was found. I usually leave out water and some food for the strays that come into our yard. My neighbor's wife and son are allergic...

Dog acts strange around human heads ?

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I'm sure I'll spend a lot of time reading through the various topics, but a curious problem with one of my dogs has led me here, so I'll begin with that. I have two dogs. One is a Golden/Chow mix (femaile) and the other is a Black Lab/Springer mix (male)...

papules from grooming

I took my dog to PetSmart today to get groomed. After he was finished, I noticed on the inside of his right ear flap are papules and a tiny cut. He has had papules before and was treated with an antibiotic. I'm wondering if he needs to be treated again. I'm calling PetSmart tomorrow and requesting...
