I am looking for a recipe for pumpkin roll/log? You know, the cake type desert served at thanksgiving that has the cake rolled up with (creamcheese) filling? It looks like a giant hoho, but it's not chocolate, it's pumpkin? If anyone has a recipe for this, please pass it on-I'd be greatful...
