Panting and Pacing
Posted to:
Health & Grooming
While we were watching a survival show, my dog seemed to be scared. She was panting and pacing and trying to hide under me! Every time we got close to her, she would jump up on us, like she was excited. I was scared and confused. Can somebody explain her behavior?

I went back inside and she barked again, I went out and she wouldn't get up. I lifted up her tie-out and she jumped...

Hey everyone. This is my first post here because I recently became a new father (well, doggie father ) I just adopted/purchased a dog (but in my opinion rescued if you saw the home) a boxer/pit bull. He is the sweetest thing and is currently cuddled next to me right now. I haven't been able to...

We haven't had one of these in a while. I'm all for just keeping one thread going rather than starting a new one every day. Not much new going on. It's gotten hot here. We still haven't hit 100 yet but it's coming soon. We ate brunch Saturday at a place we'd never been before...

I posted a while back about my collie's chronic bronchitis. Anyhow she was initially on oral prednisolone. I had weaned her off them by August last year (she was down to 1mg every week at the end). I gave her SAMe and milkthistle for most of the oral therapy and the start of the inhaled therapy....

I have my first dog ever in my life and he is 12 week old papillon. I have had him for 4 weeks and haven't done any crate training but have really learned lately that I should. I just need to know really step by step how to do this. It kills me to hear him cry out, and I am unsure how to get him...
