10 week old malti poo has ant bites on her paws

My pup has a few ant bites on his paws and he is biting at them and really seems uncomfortable...can I give him benedryl.. He is probably about 3 to 4 pounds

I don't know if anybody has done this or not, but I want a pendant with part of Emma's ashes in it. I'm not finding much. Anybody dealt with these people? http://www.memoryglass.com/ I think I like the clear pendant, but Emmie would prefer the pink or red, I think. She liked bright.
