Coat issues on Chow

• Coat issues on Chow lunadawg Posted : 7/13/2014 9:37:10 AM image.jpg Hi im a first time dog owner and my 2 year old Chow looks like she's having some issues with her coat. She had a flea problem about a month ago and she's been a little itchy, but nothing out of the ordinary. I also don't see any redness or scabbing, just some spots where the hair looks thin. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. • Michele68 Posted : 7/13/2014 3:58:04 PM It could be allergies or just some kind of a reaction to the past flea issue, I always recommend seeing a vet she may need a medicated shampoo or even antibiotics if its an infection of somekind. If she had fleas keep an eye out for worms, sometimes dogs get worms after a flea issue.
