allergies are back?
Posted to:
Health & Grooming
My dog was put on a diet by the vet for what he suspected were food allergies. The diet was basically rice (I use white rice), ground beef/pork and leafy greens. My dog was doing fine, until recently I noticed she has been itching again. She bites her skin, licks her feet pads and scratches. Her abdominal...

Bogey's doing better with shots !

Bogey seems to be doing better now that she's been getting allergy shots for about 6 weeks. But, I know it takes 4-9 months, so we were told. We had a huge snow a couple weeks ago and she totally stopped chewing her toes and now that it's melted and the grass is back, she's chewing a bit...

Hey everyone, I was just wondering about this: My dog's not eating that much. He eats about a cup of dog food a day(for the past week or so). He use to be eating at least 3-4. My dog is a 18 month chow chow. The last time I went to the vet he was over 40 lb(last summer). So right now probably...

I was just wondering if anyone uses them or has any opinions about them. I've never tried them but my friend uses them all the time. And, Willow doesn't really love to chew so thought the slightly softer texture would be good for her. Here's a picture in case anyones not sure what I mean...

Some good news from the vet!
Posted to:

Well, Buster and I found ourselves back at the vet because he was in so much pain because of his slipped disc in his neck. This time was pretty bad. Whenever it hurt him, he would let out a long painful scream. I got him to the vet asap (this is our new vet) and she did a total overview on him. She checked...
