This is about California legislation being passed to exterminate pit bulls. If it passes in California, it could be on it's way to anywhere. Someone has to try to make a difference...what if it were your pet? Please pass the word along and post this...so as many people can see this as possible...

I think i'm ready to switch Max to BARF, what do I need to know?

Max is curently on Evo, and i'm sorta tempted to switch him to a BARF diet. I've got my own mini fridge sitting empty, nobody else in the house cares what I feed him, and it's better for him, so I think i'm ready to go that route. Except I am totally clueless. I give him beef soup bones...

I am just looking to see if anyone out there has heard of or has their dog neutered with neuticles. For anyone who does not know they are artificial testicular inplants for dogs who do not want to look any different after surgery. This weekend while traveling to Ohio, I saw one guy with a choc. lab on a leash chained to the back of the pick up. The dog was walking around the bed of the truck, while the guy drove. watery discharge from eye

My cat, Robin, is 3 years old and yesterday I noticed some clear, watery discharge from his left eye and he's blinking that eye a lot. We're going to the vet tomorrow to find out what's going on, but I was wondering if any of you had any ideas? I'm just so worried.

Xoloitzcuintle (mexican hairless) are natural vegetarians, but convert to a meat diet quite easily. just thought this was interesting.

My boxer Tuff E. Nuff had xrays in Dec. as he was having some arthritis difficulty. Slight hip dysplasia was found on the left hip, and the vet said his knees were basically "Shot to *ell!" They put him on deramaxx.. This helped fast.. And he was to continue taking it. But I am not real wild...
