Our house has a contract on it and their inspector is coming by today at 1pm. I'm hoping like anything this old lady of a house hasn't gone too far downhill since we bought her 3 years back...at that time the inspection went fine. I am nervous as all get out that something is going to sink this...

Eggs and Diarrhea?
