Odd time for a doctor's appt

DH has to see a specialist, and they gave him an appt for 10pm!!! We thought for sure his primary doc had made a mistake! I've never heard of appts at this time, but it was correct. But he was able to get it changed to a more reasonable 315pm...whew!

I live in MI and we have a huge problem with back-yard-breeders / puppy mills selling adorable puppies in parking lots for hundreds of dollars. These puppies come from horrible conditions. The mother dogs are bred continuously until they are no longer able to, and then are killed or dropped at the shelter...
