This story was on the news tonight. My mom called me a few weeks ago (Nicholasville is where she lives) and told me about the sign for the missing GSD. So glad they found her!!!! After this, i will go get both boys microchipped. story

This guy needed a home pronto, so, I work with this animal sanctuary and they talked me right into taking him in.....he is skinny, has lesions from a long crate life, some hair missing in his private area....but, he is a sweetie......here he is on the left (white GSD) ....DH was helping me yesterday...

Just checking in from the border of Iowa and IL! The weather is very nice here. The town we are in must have at least 50 bars/pubs in a 3 block area. It's insane. Also, most of the bars don't open until 9pm and close at 3-4am. Craziness. And of course there is a casino to blow your money in once...

took them all day yesterday but now our new Trane A/C is hooked up and hopefully ready to give us many years of faithful service. Our previous system was about 17 years old (compressor) the inside unit? who knows..older than that. It was pooping out even with the hard start kit they put on last year...
