I'm Susan, I am in Columbus, Ohio, and I have five dogs:

Popper - 2 year old Beagle Cattle Dog Mix (I call him a Battle Dog)

Blossom - 13 year old Dalmatian Border Collie Mix

Roofus - 3 year old Old English Sheepdog

Merlin - 3 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Murphy - 17 year old Beagle Mix (we THINK with american eskimo dog)

I'm working on uploading pics and getting them their own profiles. :)

Let's see... I've got a Bachelor's degree in Zoology, I was assistant manager of two pet stores for 4 years, one a mom & pop holistic store and the other a large chain store. I've got 8 parrots, freshwater and saltwater fish, 4 turtles, and I love animals absolutely.

I'm also into dirt bikes and street bikes, I play the piano, and, well, I can be a little grouchy at times (or come off that way) but I don't take much in life too seriously. I look forward to chatting with you all!

ooh yay! More corgi butts!!! =] I have a slight obsession with the rear ends of corgis =]

Welcome, Susan. 8 parrots? Wow, thats alot of feathers. lol

Ooo, you're a bird-owner? My BF and I have been looking into different rescues for a feathered pet. He's obsessed, LOL. I might pick your brain, a little.

i totally forgot to say that my three boys all run flyball (for fun, we aren't on a team), Roofus is a frisbee dog (merlin and Popper are in training), and Popper just started agility last night. Blossom is a deaf dog, so if there is any kind of support group on here for us folks with the incredible challenge of a deaf pet, I'm up for it!
