    Missing dog returned to owner

This story was on the news tonight. My mom called me a few weeks ago (Nicholasville is where she lives) and told me about the sign for the missing GSD. So glad they found her!!!! After this, i will go get both boys microchipped.

Yeah I saw that. She was beautiful. I cant believe the nerve of some people. I mean there are thousands of homeless dogs purebreeds and mixed that need homes. Is it really that hard to go save a life?

Guess I will be getting my girls chipped also.

It's wonderful they are getting it back! How scary that someone took her dog so far away. I think I would press charges.

I definitely would.  It's not like this woman found a stray and kept it.  She actually went into someone elses yard and stole a dog.  If she starts feeling like people will just be so glad to get their dog back that they won't press charges, what's to stop her from doing this again?  Next time maybe the dog won't be chipped and the ending might not be such a happy one.

Absolutely.  I'd press charges in a heartbeat.  She stole someone's dog, plain and simple, and she's gotten away with it.  Glad that the dog was found, though.
