Opinions on dog food?
Posted to: Nutrition & Exercise
This is just sort of 'out of curiosity...' Cyrus won't be switched off his current diet anytime soon. Has anybody tried feeding their dog(s) Kirkland? We were at Costco the other day, and I did not get a chance to look at the ingredient list, but I did notice that for a bag of that size...

NTI Global

Has anyone bought anything from Ntiglobal.com? I ordered a tunnel back on October 12, and still haven't gotten it. They emailed me Monday to tell me that the credit card wasn't going through, and I emailed right back to fix it (had a typo), but couldn't they have told me that earlier? I've...

Seen this vid?

[link http://brightlion.com/InHope.aspx] http://brightlion.com/InHope.aspx [/link] BTW, it has a little bit of graphic images. It shows what happens to dogs in shelters, but the thing I don't like about it is that it never showed the happiness of the people who adopted from shelters or anything...

Innate or learned behaviors
Posted to: Training & Behavior
Lorenz has demonstrated that "innate" behaviors are in-born behaviors that can't be taught or learned and are specie-specific. Another words, all animals (including humans) have behaviors that they are born with and can not be taught or trained into or out of an animal. They do it because...

newbie help needed with leash
Posted to: Nutrition & Exercise
Hello all, I have just adopted a 54 pound 6 month old choc. lab with a few bad habits, some of which were taught to him. He chews his leash and pulls very hard when I try to walk him. He was given his leash to munch on, and even with vinegar or tabasco on it he still bites it and pulls like he wants...

Posted to: Health & Grooming
Hey guys, I noticed some red patches on the inside of Pocket's legs, they were a little pus-y before but it's gone now. She seems to be lick/itch it a little (but not excessively). Are these hot spots? Does it warrant a vet visit? Any advice would be much appreciated!!
