Has anyone bought anything from Ntiglobal.com? I ordered a tunnel back on October 12, and still haven't gotten it. They emailed me Monday to tell me that the credit card wasn't going through, and I emailed right back to fix it (had a typo), but couldn't they have told me that earlier? I've been coming home asking if it has come every day expecting to have it. They haven't emailed me to tell me if it went through or not, and it's really frustrating. I was hoping to have it by last Friday so I could practice with my beagle before her fun run on Sunday (which she ended up not going to) It has been two weeks since I ordered it (10 days not counting the weekends) and it says it will take up to fifteen days. I'm so sick of waiting! I want to see my little hound running through it now! I just can't wait to see her expression when she sees it, since the tunnel is her favorite obstacle. Ok maybe I should be more patient, but has anyboday had troubles receiving anything from them?
Do they even send you the tracking number?
