Prancer pulls alot when we walk (she's 6 - 8 months old and has only been with us 4 days). She has a very long and graceful neck and I was worried about her trachea so I got her a harness today [link rodID=154]http://www.doggoneclean.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD& rodID=154[/link]>http...

Question about clicker training
Posted to:
Training & Behavior
Those of your who teach clicker training classes, do you predominantly use treats to flow up a click? (Click-and-*treat*)? What about dogs that show no interest in food and are easily distracted by moving objects, smells, playing with other puppies, etc.? Do you switch rewards based on a dog?

Discounts
Posted to:

Do any of you know if a vet would consider any discounts on a litter of puppies for a breeder?Like spay/n. for the future owners? I want to ask but if there's a chance of them laughing then I'll just not ask. And what is a contract for spay/n. for the future puppy owners?

and Zeus lets her...Molly has this little grooming habit and she loves to do it to the cats, those that let her. And Zeus, being the least brightest feline bulb in the house [8D], seems to enjoy Molly's little nibbles. It's hilarious

Why oh why do people believe and still think every forward they receive is the voice of god and must do what it says or die? Aright, so I finally get enough nerve to send the forward gaylemarie posted a few days ago ([link http://forum.dog.com/asp/tm.asp?m=248247]http://forum.dog.com/asp/tm.asp?m...

Let me set the scene by saying since we moved into this old little house with iffy plumbing I have told my SO at least one billion times no food can go down the kitchen sink... if you are careful about that it won't clog. Nevertheless he keeps clogging the sink, we Drano'd once already, blah...

Cold Weather Indoor Activities???

Ok, it took a while but winter has finally arrived (much to my dispair). Today our highs are going to be in the single digits, who knows what the wind chill will be. Before I go any further I must confess I AM A WUSS when it comes to cold. Don't ask me why I still live in Michigan. Anyway due to...

Poopy Puppy Problems!
