Which breed?

Hello everyone [ ] I'm a new member so I wasn't sure where to put this post. I am interested in getting a new dog. The last one passed 3 years ago after 14 great years. I've been researching different breeds and am pretty lost, so I thought I would come here and get some suggestions....

Harley and Izzy had a good playtime today when I got home from work. I love the crazed look in Izzy's eye in the third one. Harley stopped to give me a hug in the last one.

question about weight

I figured a couple of breeders on here might have some answers. I've got a pit/lab mix and he's 4 and a half months old. He weighs 28 pounds. Any body got an educated guess about how big they think he'll get. Im hopin he'll be fairly big but i love him no matter what. thanks

Overweight Hypothyroide dog! What to do?

Georga has been on thyroid meds for about 6 months now but has only gained weight from then. I just recently did some bloodwork and turn out the meds are doing exacly what they should be doing and the vet doesn't think I need to incress the dose. She went from 50lbs to 60lbs in only a few months...

About 2.5 weeks ago while I was at work my daugther called me because she had talked to my friend. My friend told her that they were going to put one of their dogs down that day at 5 pm because it had killed the cat and some kittens. The dog is a retriever mix and had been found by someone almost starved...

How Much Egg Should I Feed?

I have started feeding Lizzie a raw egg in her kibble, because I have read here that it helps for a good coat. My question is: How much should I be feeding her? I have been feeding it about twice a week, is this too much or too little? Thanks!

My pup oscar has had a constant erection. We first noticed it this afternoon, so it has only been about 6 or 7 hours. This seems strange to me. He is 15 months old and was neutered 7 months ago. Is this normal? Any advise or opinions would be appreciated. oscar and I thank you.
