Yes, Abady "Classic" Granular going on 4 years now.  I have tried the "Basic" and "Maintenance and Stress" formulas as well but "Classic" is the regular one I purchase.  I you decide to give it a try let me know how it goes.

I don't see how this food could help a sensitive stomach at all. The ingredeients look pretty gross to me- by-products, lard, bone meal, white rice, beef fat, salt, etc.
It may work for some dogs, but I don't see why you were recommended to try this food!
If anything, I think it may be too rich.

I too fail to see how this food would help a dog with a sensitive tummy.  I'd suggest you try a "few" ingredient food such as California Natural by Natura, or the allergy formulas by Natural Balance.  The fewer the ingredients the more digestible for the dog.

One of our posters had a bad experience with Abady.http://forum.dog.com/asp/tm.asp?m=63887&mpage=1&key=abadyﰗ

I agree with jettasmomma, I don't see how this food could help a sensitive stomach. I'd look at one of the simple ingredient formulas like California Natural.

ORIGINAL: juji   what's the difference between Classic and Maintence and Stress?

A bigger box: 48 pounds instead of 40.  Higher protein and higher levels of animal source proteins.

Yes, you will hear a lot of "negatives" as usual from those never using the product, but you can take it from someone who is using  the product with experience.  I never had a problem using the stuff, dogs never had a problem, and we only go to the Vets from routine shots are due.

I don't see how they can charge so much w/ such poor ingredients...

    Good point!

It's an expensive food which seems to use cheap, undesirable(undesirable for my dogs, amyway) ingredients [&o]

I don't know, maybe it's me.  But, it seems to me you posted a question as though you knew nothing about this food when you already had a strong opinion on it just to stir the pot.

I was wondering the same willowchow. It seemed the OP has already made up her mind that she was going to feed the food before posting???

Because most abady threads that i have seen have been less than positive, this may have seemed a perfect opportunity for the OP to sing the praises of the allmighty Mr. Abady and his special idea's,and give him a plug. What is it with abady feeders????[&o]

Who#%92s stirring the pot?  Juji asks a question, I answer and 5 people, count them,  5 chime in with negatives right off the bat…6 counting you.

It's just because he asked a question that he already had the answer to?  I guess from our experience, most people who do that just try to "stir things up"
