Urgent--Willow's hurt
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
Hi everyone. Willow bit the tip of her tail and we had blood on the floor. I got it to stop and I cleaned it up as best as she would let me. I put an anti bacterial ointment on it from my pet first aid kit. It's still oozing and bleeding a little but it's not severe like it was. I looked at it...

Corn.....
Posted to:
Nutrition & Exercise
This is something that I was always curious about....One reason people are VERY careful about allowing lots of corn in their horses diet is that most horses become "hot" or unnatureally full for energy when on too much corn. Has the same thing been found to happen with dogs?

Tracking?

I wondering if anyone could tell me about tracking. At the doggie daycare that I work we also teach classes for obedience, agility, flyball, etc. I was walking through one of the training rooms the other day and saw some pictures up on a bulletin board of dogs taking a tracking test. It looked really...

Bailey is going to be boarding for the first time this weekend! We're going to my aunts house in Rhode island, there are 2 dogs there, but one of them doesnt like other male dogs, so poor Bailey can't come. He's staying at the boarding kennel where I work (The pampered pet), so I know they'll take...

I smoke, too much. Almost a pack a day. I want to quit and have tried and I am just not strong enough to do it. I am also so afraid to gain weight if I quit. Every year I get the flu at least twice. Last year I lost 10 lbs. the year before I lost 35 lbs. I put back on 20. Last week my breast were...

At first, he only sneezed, but then it got more complicated, he was always licking his nose and his nose was always wet and "droping" a kind of mucosis. We went to the Vet and he said it could be...
