The health section may not be the best place to post pics, there a picture topic thats great for showing off your dog...
Anyway, the way I do it is use photobucket.com there you can upload pics from your computer onto that site, then use the link they give you to post you pic on here. Just remember to use lowercase letters like this:
You can use this link on almost any forum and places that allow pics to be posted. You can also open your pics from any computer with internet connection, I use mine as a storage place for pics.
