I am sure that everyone goes through it. Food phases. I was on a mediterranean kick for a while... shrimp, feta, anything prepared with artichokes or green olives, fresh vegetables, etc. My most recent infatuation is Thai, anything prepared with coconut milk. I just can't get enough of it...

So Yesterday I was pretty ill and went to the doctor, despite the loss of even more weight recently My BP is off the charts.
