I was on a mediterranean kick for a while... shrimp, feta, anything prepared with artichokes or green olives, fresh vegetables, etc.
My most recent infatuation is Thai, anything prepared with coconut milk. I just can't get enough of it. Of course, Tom Kha Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup) is on the top of my list, but Thai Curry is right up there too... I just ordered up some Thai food and can't wait to get it!
Another one for me is loads of fresh fruit, cut up into a "fruit cup" of sorts. I prepare one for breakfast every day and tote it to work. Scrumptious.
