Since it's Sunday night and I can't call the Doc, just throwing this out here...has anyone ever experienced very acute abdominal pain right after running? I just ran for 45 minutes on my elliptical. I had no pain or cramps while running. I typically run 30-60 minutes so I wasn't over-stressing...
