She's a mess. The first step is about as far as she wants to go. We keep trying to coax her IN the pool to swim, but she has actually fallen in a couple of times before accidently when she wasn't watching where she was walking, so she is a bit afraid.

Sassy is the exact same way. The only time she'll leave the large step is if DH carries her around the pool
