Dog pee smell -- outside

Hello. We have a neighborhood dog that likes to pee in our yard. Specifically on one of our bushes or on the grill (lovely). My dog loves sniffing these spots and I'm sick of telling her to "leave it". Does anyone have any recommendations of how to get rid of the smell and also any ideas...

My sister has 4 dogs...all small or toy breeds. The oldest one has had this offensive odor about her for the past several years.
