Nail problem
Posted to: Health & Grooming
I brought my dog into the vet on Sunday for her usual allergy problems and decided to get her nails cut while we were there. Questions about raw bones
Posted to: Nutrition & Exercise
Ok, I think I have read on here that it is ok to freeze the bone, doesn't that also kill the moisture making it as brittle and dangerous as a cooked or boiled bone? I do not currently give my dog bones but I will try at some point so I just wanted an opinion on my above question.

I have a 2 yr old chocolate lab. I would like to be able to take him to parks and let him off his leash and know he will return when called. What's the best way to train him to do that? Right now I use a retractable 16 ft. leash when I walk him on a field and he returns when called half the time...

Does anyone know what might get rid of whipwoms that are outside? We seem to have a lot of infections that are having to be treated due to coming into contact with them, outdoors. They can survive out of host, so I was looking for a way to treat the lawn. Haven't found an answer and figured you guys...
