Crates for Air Travel

For those who have flown with their dogs before, are there airline specific crates? Since we're moving, we're going to need to fly on Christmas and therefore we need a crate for Lana. I'm not sure how to go about looking for one that fits airline standards.

You can go onto www.craigslist.com and go to the "pets" section. Craigslist doesn't allow any animal sales--only adoptions, so you can "flag" any innapropriate listings--and there are many! It takes 3 flags from 3 unique users to remove a listing, and the breeders manage to sell...

I can teach the dog to cohabitate with ppl, have been to training school (pup and grade 1) with him. I have curbed all of his bad behaviours/impulses as a pup, but this is a dog behaviour now, new from yrs 2-3. He is 3 now. I have a puppy,.....and wondering when i go to work...do u think its acceptable to leave it in a 48 sq foot play pen for the day with its toys...i think that would give the little guy alot of room...im still trying to house train it.
