I wondered WHAT the actual name of the sauce always served with potstickers/dumpings is? It's NOT soy sauce...it's different...not spicy..more garlicy and ginger maybe? It's SO good...and I'd love to buy some but "pot sticker sauce" doesn't seem to be on the grocer shelves...
