So how many kcals in a mole?
ha ha ha ha ha the beast has been on form this week and I think I need to cut back on the rest of his food between the moles and the cicadas I'm sure I can miss some food out (just to make sure - I AM just playing) although he has had a bumper week

Sweet potato or regular potato?
Lillie loves potatoes I have found out. I was wondering though which one would benefit her more. And would it be ok to add a little to her kibble every day or once in a while? Should I cook the potato? She will eat them raw or cooked.
