That's been a going trend recently, probably becaues of the inflated economy. It happened to Nutro in pretty much the same scenario. An investment firm acted as deal brokers and temp corporate managers. Eventually, Nutro was finally sold to Mars (I think). Anyway, I hope it works out well. I think Eagle Pack is a fine food and so is Wellness and I hope neither suffers in the bottom line philosophy of the boardroom.
