This is an interesting article in the NY Times. Apparently dogs tend to wag their tails more towards their right side when they have positive feelings for someone; and more to the left when they have negative feelings. My dog was diagnosed with hip dysplacia yesterday and she is only 11 months old. She has had an unusual gait since I bought her at 8 weeks of age.
