Skin problems persistt

My 2-year-old pit bull/pointer mix is still suffering from skin allerergies. I received good advice from many on this forum. I am hoping for more. Vet gave him an ani-inflammatory shot and antibiotics. There was slight, temporary improvement, but now it is worse. I've tried benadryl but am confused...
