What breed is this?

I saw these two beauties at the local 4th festivities downtown. What breed do you all think this is? I must say, they were getting a lot of attention (the good kind) from people. The owner stated that the larger girl is ~80lbs.

Our little guy has been acting out (strange) the past few weeks. He has become extremely timid of other humans and barks at them if they come close. Before this, he was totally fine with people. What could we do or try to get him over this? Also, he began deficating in the back room as he seems timid...

This post is addressed to experienced dog handlers, trainers, etc. Have you noticed that dog aggression has been on the increase in the last 10-15 years? I have been instructing, competing for many years - years ago the dogs in my classes did not have serious aggression problems - very few of them anyway...

My friend found this dog on her porch this morning.She brought it to me and i was tod it was a yorkie but then i was told it looked like a silky.What do you think?Hes about 6 lbs but Very underweight.You can see all of his vertebrae and hip bones and ribs.His skin is stretched tightly over his bones...
