my dad has a chiuaua and its about 4 months old and i haven heard it bark. it yelps when its hurt or scared but ive never heard it bark before. and every chiuaua ive seen was a loud barker...now i dont really find it a bad thing that he doesnt bark becasue IMO theyre bark can get a bit annoying at times...
