How effective are the no bark collars.
Posted to:

How effective are the citronella anti-bark collars? I received a complaint from my condo association stating that my dog is barking at all hours and it is especially annoying when he goes out onto the balcony. This means that my dog is somehow, while sleeping in my bed, running out to the sliding...

Peanut Allergy?
Posted to:
Health & Grooming
Anyone heard of dogs being allergie to peanuts? When we leave for the day I put a bit of peanut butter in her Kong for her to lick. My dog has itchy. scratchy toes and belly. We had her boarded for 10 days, (no peanut butter) and when we got back she wasn't itching or scratching for the first couple...

Dog coughs after drinking
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
I'm a little worried about my dog. For about a year or less, I've noticed after every time she drinks water, she coughs and gags. I have no idea why. She doesn't drink it super fast to make her do so, but I haven't seen a time she hasn't coughed after drinking. Any idea what could...

Potentially Agressive?
Posted to:
Training & Behavior
I'm really lost as to what I should do with Simba. He's the sweetest, most gentle bear when he's with us. Aside from snapping at my cousin for trying to grab his food bowl while he's eating, Simba hasn't demonstrated any aggressive behavior towards us. But when he's outside, it's...

Fleas? help?
Posted to:
Health & Grooming
Dweezil is now allowed on the couch, so I'm a little more conscious of the possibility of fleas. She's always been a scratcher, as I assume most dogs are, but I'm not sure when it's supposed to be excessive. She's always had these black spots on her lower tummy. I read about flea dirt and such, but when...

So hard to say goodbye.
