I just have to vent for a while. I don't know what else to do about my neighbor and her dogs. She has two GSDs that she owns for the purpose of breeding and hardly cares about the dogs health at all. six mo. ago the bich had puppies and now she is heat agean and my neighbor is letting them breed...

Something wrong with the elbows?
