Should I take her to the vet?

Im not sure if I should take Lillie to the vet. She is 16 months old and has yet to come in heat. My other 2 setters I have had came in exactly at a year old. And I just looked it up on google to see about dog heats and it said if the female hasnt had her first one but 14 months that they should be taken...
