Something wrong with his... penis?
So, I went outside to feed my dogs this morning and noticed a large red "thing" protruding from Paco. I guessed it was normal since he's a male and didn't really know if there was anything wrong because it's the first time I've had a male dog. A friend gave him to me about...

Curved spine
I know there is another word for it, but I have not looked it up in my dictionary yet. Our vet told us today that her spine is curved and that there really isn't anything that can be done about it. Has anyone here have a dog with this or know of a surgery that may correct this? I never knew a...

inner ear hair
anyone have any ideas/opinions about excessive inner ear hair? Mine has a lot of long hair and tends to get ear infections if we don't keep it shaved. Is plucking better or should we continue with the clipping or what? *I mean the hair in the inside and opening of the canal, not the flap part-

Brown rice causing diarrhea?
My Shih Tzu Charlie has been on a raw diet for over a year. When I switched him to raw, I completely cut out grain from his diet - except for the barley in his Newman's dog treats. The only time he has ever had diarrhea was when I changed his kibble when he was a small puppy. After I switched him...

LymDYp
Hello All, Since many of you have been very helpful, I need some advice on LymDyp. Dash' sliced paw
Nothing stops this boy, even though he has bad hips and knees. He'll throw himself down the stairs nad hope that a foot or two hits the steps to help propel him down. Anyway, he sliced his main pad open. I just got back from teh vet and we can't suture it, due to the nature of the pad. Apparently...
