Royal Canin Persian Cat Food

I got a question about this food. My brother and sister-in-law feed their Persian cat this formula because they said she cannot have ANY ash in her food. They claim this kibble has ABSOLUTELY NO ash in it what-so-ever. Is this so? And if so, is it because they bake the kibble?

Thoughts? Anyone use this? I ordered some and going to give it a try for a while and see how the dogs do on it. I see that they've recently removed corn and wheat from it and added calcium- which were the reasons I stopped using it a few years ago. I still am using dogiebag.com too for variety...
