Dock diving in Ohio
Posted to: Nutrition & Exercise
I have a lab pup and am interested in dock diving. He doesn't seem too thrilled with water yet, but he hasn't had a ton of exposure to it. He'll jump off the boat ramp with joy to splash around at the local pond. Are there any groups in Ohio that do this?

is my boxer all of the sudden playing with her food? My boxer is a glutton and always eats her food immediately when the bowl is put down, but lately she has been playing with it - i.e. picking up her food bowl and carrying it around, trying to bury it by taking clothes out of my laundry basket to...

The CCC Fremont HOWLING
Posted to: News & Entertainment
A 9 pound dog is pretty funny any time. They *think* they are 150 pounds. In this little video, Fremont is howling at fiddle music on the TV. He cracks me up sometimes. [link http://dogs.matthewart1.one.revver.com/collection/14604#_show_video_63448]Fremont Howls[/link]

I've created a site where all my CCC videos will live at [link http://dogs.matthewart1.one.revver.com/collection/14604]Dogs[/link]. I will continue to post direct links to new content on i-dog, but I thought it would be fun to have a repository of all things CCC!

I'd never seen Ol' Roy and I sort of thought it was a joke. You know, like someone talking about "Acme" dog food or something. I saw some in W*lmart yesterday and felt like a total goober.

The CCC--Dinner Time in the Saunders' House
Posted to: News & Entertainment
Ok, I tried to get a video of Fremont dancing, but I only ended up with about 1 second. So, here is a compilation of tonight's dinner ritual. It seems pretty much the same every night. Lots of squeeking, grunting, whining, barking, jumping, dancing, stoic waiting, and general CUTENESS. [link http...

Jessie is used to getting in the car and being driven to the park for a walk everyday, and going with us on family trips on the weekend to places where we hike. If she's let in the car before we leave, she won't get out because she doesn't want to get left behind. Today I needed to move the...

Heartguard
Posted to: News & Entertainment
I am wondering if Heartguard is needed during the colder/winter months? I give both dogs Heartguard throughout the spring and summer months, but since it protects against mosquito-born illnesses and being in southern Wisconsin, mosquitos are nearly gone now and I have one more to give them tonight. Then...
