Small dogs w/ breath spasms..?

Ok my boston will have breathing spasms if he gets to excited or after he throws up sometimes. He usualy stiffens and starts breathing really hard through his nose quickly but never gets full breaths and snorts. Im wonderin how common this is? i just recieved a 2 month old pure breed siberian husky. we have a cage for her but everytime we put her in it she goes crazy for a very long time. she as accidents and is not potty trained at all... i read other post onhow to crate train, but i do need more advice since the breed of my dog is very hyper...

I have 2 cats and I just got a new puppy. The cats did not like the puppy the first couple days, they did the whole hissing and scared for their life routine. The puppy just wants to play, but the cats really take offense to anything the puppy does. I realize the cats can really hurt him, so I keep them...

Hey guys Alley saw her holistic Vet yesterday.... We agree no more food trial as we got no results from that.... she is back to Duck and potato Natural Balance. I also buy whole ducks ...skin them and boil them and add that and squash and green beans to the food. I do the same for all my dogs....
