Escalating fear of harness
Posted to:
Training & Behavior
Our rescued dog (1-2 years old ?) has decided that she won't let us put on her harness for walks any longer. She started out by wearing the harness pretty well.. She kind of 'froze' when I slipped it over her head. And she walks really well in it. Much much better than when we were walking...

dirty dog smell
Posted to:

I'm new to this forum and am hoping someone can give me some advise. Our dog Sophie(she's a mixed breed) has a "dirty dog" smell all the time, ever after a bath. It seems to come only from her hindquarters. She's been to the vet and anal glands were fine. He thought she might have...

In love with the Dishwasher?
Posted to:
Training & Behavior
Umm ok this might sound a bit weird, but for the last few weeks my 18 month old Border Collie has developed a strange obsession with the dishwasher. She stands and walks around it, usually she looks as though she's listening for something, she drools, she licks it, and whenever I walk into the house...

Where do you buy your recreational bones?

Does Anyone Have A Family Swear Word?

We had to come up with 'Family Swear Words' because my hubby and I were stupid about cussing in front of our daughter. The day she dropped the 'F-Bomb' in the car I knew right then we had to knock off the cussing immediately! She laughed so hard when I was teaching her our super cool...
