I have to change, which food?
Posted to:

I had been feeding my 2 yr old min pin Innova for probably just over a year. She seemed to be doing good on it. We have to travel a bit to get it so my husband decided he wanted to get her on a food that is easier to access. We went to our local store and here are my options. (I know Innova is better...

Last night, Maddi growled a little bit at me when I put my head on her chest. I've done it before with no problems. I made her get off the couch after I finished listening to her heartbeat and went about my business. I can't help but notice that she's been getting more "grumpy"...

This is the age, when you just try to look away...lol! Praying those typey, well proportioned little puppies will be back in a few months. Usually they do return, thank goodness! So without further ado, here are the Keepers at 15weeks (the tri's), and 16 weeks (the red). Sorry about the blurry...

I have an 11 yr. old yorkie, a 12 yr. old cat, and for the past 6 months I have been fostering a little yorkie that just turned 1 yr. last month. For the past 2 weeks I brought my 4 yr. old pomeranian to stay with me. She was with my parents, but there were some health issues that I needed to concentrate...

Hi there...just a quick question. We have a 14 month old (85 lbs) black Lab named Reese (female). We also have a 6 month old (30 lbs) black Lab/Boxer named Riley (female). We brought the youngest home in February and they've been getting along great...until now. Reese tends to want to relax...

Spite - does it exist?
Posted to:
News & Entertainment
I have been in dispute with my husband and mother in law - they claim that our dog is spiteful and I disagree. I honestly don't believe that my dog is purposely doing something bad. Who is right? What are your opinions? Am I just being too lenient?

I just started Kaiser in basic obedience ( i know it's a bit late). One of the things i'm supposed to be doing with him is a dominance exercise. I'm supposed to get him on his back, in between my legs (i'm sitting) and rub his paws, ears, etc. The problem is i have the hardest time getting...

Toys for American Bulldog???
Posted to:

Does anyone know of any toys that cannot be ripped apart easily? My American Bulldog's toys last not even 15 minutes. He rips everything apart and leaves him with no toys to play with by the end of the day! What is sturdy enough for them to play with and at least last for an hour? Any suggestions...

I had received a lot of great advice from Mic Foster, Spiritdogs and Mookie's Mom regarding my hard headed, strong, distracted, stubborn Wheaten/Shepherd mix. I have been earnestly trying ALL the advice they offered. And all of it worked... unless we were outside or in a store and HoneyBear was...

My boyfriend and I just moved into a new apartment in Brooklyn with Tyson. This apt. has a yard, which is highly coveted in NYC. It also has a nice back porch, with lattice on the sides. I was really looking forward to growing morning glories and moonflowers on the lattice, and have even started planting...
