Toys for American Bulldog???

• Toys for American Bulldog??? Candy Sparrow Posted : 6/26/2006 4:04:04 PM Does anyone know of any toys that cannot be ripped apart easily? My American Bulldog's toys last not even 15 minutes. He rips everything apart and leaves him with no toys to play with by the end of the day! What is sturdy enough for them to play with and at least last for an hour? Any suggestions? They adore them and they last FOREVER! You can get them from the butcher cheaper, but the pet store ones are cleaned and sterilized so that they aren't messy or stinky. I also have the super sized, very hard, Nylabone that is still being enjoyed by both on a daily basis. Since she's smaller than an Am Bulldog, I would recommend the black Kongs too.  FWIW, the red ones come in many, many sizes as well. Ask your pet supply place to order larger sizes! I got Rory one that had a ropes tied to it and she would get the rope in her mouth and shake shake shake. meanwhile the tire is hitting her in the face HARD! She would get SO mad because of this and shake harder, thus making it hit her harder. Man, it prvided endless entertainment but in the end I felt bad and just got her the regular tire the next time.
