Hi, I have a 1 year old female boxer mix (don't know what the mix is) I recently read that Boxers are prone to Hip Dysplasia. I'd like to know if there are any things I can do for my dog to lower her odds of getting Hip Dysplasia, e.g., certain type of food, or supplements? I have her on Canidae...

I have had Ben on a leash pretty much since I brought him home, just dragging it around the house to get used to it, before I started walking him. Now we do walk him, and he still doesn't like his leash much...."tolerates" would be the best word, I think. Anyway, in controlled circumstances...

If you are certain that your dog has allergies, whether thru testing or general education, are (or were) your dogs generally itchy? I ask because both of my derm vets feel that because Sassy is not itchy, that it's not all that likely that she actually has allergies and testing isn't really indicated...

When my mother purchased Laika and brought her home she had sort of bowed back legs. I mean her hips were sort of sticking out from her body like an emaciated dogs hip would stick out but they also sort of curved. Now I dont know if im making any sense but if anyone knows what this could have been let...
