Mushy and watery poop

Need some help. My one year old dog was diagnosed with Giardia when we first got her 8 months ago. She was treated and all seemed well. Recently I am having some issues with her. Out of the blue with no change in food she gets random mushy and watery poop. She poops regularly, but every few days or so...

I have had the dogs on it now at 100% for almost two weeks, one dog, Chloe, was fine with it while the other, Scout, had a minor set back after the first week which I think he got into something he should not have since he had the runs for about 24 hours. It was explosive as had to go every 30 minutes...

This is what Tootsie has been doing today: she is licking her privates or that area a lot and shes drinking more water. Poops, pees, eats, all normal, normal activity, nothing weird. I rolled her on her back and looked in her area and it was a healthy pink. What do you think?
