weight loss?

Not sure what section this goes in but I need some fresh ideas. Mahalo is about 53lbs, a Alaskan Malamute/ Cardigan Welsh Corgi mix. She isn't obese, but she needs to regain her figure. I'm not sure how much weight she needs to lose, i'm more concerned with getting her to a healthy shape...
